30+ Years of Industry Experience
Quality Work Built to Last

Yes. We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured family-owned general contracting company. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, structural integrity, and clear communication with our clients.
We primarily serve homeowners across the East Bay and surrounding communities, specializing in high-quality residential renovations.
The initial consultation is all about alignment. We will meet to thoroughly go over your design goals, the functionality you need, and your target budget. Our goal is to understand your vision and figure out the best way to work within your investment comfort zone to make it a reality.
We don’t offer blanket budgets or flat-rate price sheets because no two homes or projects are exactly the same. A budget depends heavily on the unique scope of work, structural demands, and material choices. We treat every project as a custom build, to ensure you pay only for exactly what your home requires.
Scope & Structural Changes: Moving load-bearing walls, reconfiguring layouts, or adding square footage (like an ADU) requires engineering and more intensive labor than a cosmetic upgrade.
Plumbing & Electrical: Relocating sinks, toilets, or stoves means opening walls and rerouting lines. Older homes may also require panel upgrades to meet current building codes.
Material Selection: The cost varies significantly depending on your choice of finishes, such as custom vs stock cabinetry, countertop materials and specialty tile vs quartz.
Permits & City Fees: Municipal permit fees and local zoning requirements vary by city and impact the initial backend costs.
Because every project is different, timelines vary. A straightforward bathroom refresh moves much faster than a major kitchen footprint reconfiguration or a ground-up Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). During the planning phase, we will provide an estimated timeline based on your specific scope of work.
An ADU is essentially building a small home on your existing property. It involves navigating local zoning laws, architectural planning, site prep, utility hookups (water, power, sewer), and full structural construction. Because of our extensive experience, we handle the complexities of this process from initial planning to final inspection.
In almost all cases, yes. Any project that involves structural changes, moving plumbing, or updating electrical systems requires city permits.
