7. Limitation of Liability
While we do everything we can to avoid issues, Carmel Construction is not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other factors outside our control. We’re also not responsible for any damages caused by third-party contractors not affiliated with our team.

Either party may terminate a project based on the conditions laid out in the agreement. If a project is terminated, payment will still be due for work completed and materials purchased up to that point.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas. If any legal matters arise, they will be handled in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
